The long ancticipated MUV from Mahindra & Mahindra codenamed 'Ingenio' if finally due for launch in December this year but under a different name - Xylo. The Xylo features the 2.2 litre diesel unit from the Scorpio which produces 120 bhp and is likely to make the Xylo a spirited people carrier. M&M claims that the Xylo has been extensively tested in India and overseas on different terrains and will be a robust vehicle capable of give a fight to the Toyota Innova and the upcoming Tata Indicruze.

The Xylo MUV will be priced in the range of Rs.650,000-Rs.700,000 which makes it good value as comapred to the Innova. The overall quality and interior fit and finish are hoped to be good too.
